1. Which water purifier is best for my home?

It depends on your water source and quality. If you have hard water (from borewell or tank), go for an RO + UV + UF purifier. For municipal water with low TDS, a UV or UF purifier is sufficient. You can also contact us, and we’ll help you choose the perfect model.

2. Do you provide installation service?

Yes, we provide paid installation service for all our water purifiers. Once your product is delivered, you can contact us to schedule installation with our authorized technician at a nominal service charge.

3. How often should I replace filters?

Filter replacement depends on water quality and usage. On average, pre-filters and sediment filters should be replaced every 6–12 months, and RO membranes every 1–2 years to maintain the best water quality.

4. Is there any warranty on the product?

Yes, all our water purifiers come with a manufacturer warranty (usually 1 year, depending on the model). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Installation or servicing issues are not included and are available as paid services.

5. What if I face any issue after installation?
